I already have an account

If you've previously registered an account with this business, either online or in person, you can log in to the app using the same email address and password.

  1. Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Select Log In from the main menu.
  3. Tap Log In, then enter your email address and password.

I'm unsure if I have an account, or don't recall my password

If you're unsure if you have an existing account, or simply don't remember your password, it's very important that you don't create a new account. Creating a new account means you won't have access to your visit history or previously purchased passes.

When in doubt, we recommend you try to generate a password reset email. If a matching email address is found in our database, we'll send you a message with a verification link. Just click that link, choose a new password, and log in with your account -- we'll take care of the rest.

  1. Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Select Log In from the main menu.
  3. Tap Log In.
  4. Tap Forgot Password?
  5. Enter your email, then tap Retrieve Password.

Now check your inbox for the password reset email -- it should arrive within a few minutes.
