Why does my name appear when creating a new account?

You'll need to create an account before booking your first class or appointment with a business. If the app finds an account with the same first and last name, it will ask you to log in with that existing account. This measure prevents duplicate profiles, while ensuring you have access to your visit history and previously purchased passes.

If you recognize your name and email address...

Select your name from the list, then tap That's me at the bottom of the screen.

The app will ask you to log in using your existing username and password. If you can't remember your password, then tap Email my Password to generate a password reset link.

Then simply tap I'm not listed above to proceed with creating your account.
