By default, you'll receive a confirmation email whenever you make a purchase, book a new class or appointment, or cancel an existing reservation. If you'd like to opt out of these emails, you can do so directly from your mobile device.
- Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Tap Send confirmation emails. Emails are disabled when the switch is slid to the left and gray.
Still receiving emails?
Emails received when booking through the business's MINDBODY website are governed by a separate setting in your Client Profile. This setting can only be altered by logging into your account from a desktop computer, or contacting the business directly.
